In German, the word Zeitlos means "timeless" and the winemaker, Markus Niggli, wanted to create a wine that was ageless and memorable and that's exactly what this wonderful red blend based on Syrah accomplishes.

WINEMAKER: Markus Niggli (Atlas Peak, Borra Vineyards)
WHAT WE TASTED: A smooth wine with lots of up-front fruit, notably black cherry, plum and a mélange of other black fruits with floral notes, a long lingering finish holding perhaps a kiss of cinnamon spice. A wine that can definitely hold its own with hearty and flavorful foods.

Bold and beautiful. Rich and complex full-bodied wine with nicely gripping tannins which bring texture and weightiness with a dry and savory nod to Europe.
