Palate pleasing selection of our best Chardonnay, intense Rose and smooth Red Blend. Something in the box for everyone. We may have to substitute due to availability but don’t worry, will still be incredible.

Gallegos Chardonnay 

WHAT WE TASTED: We taste these grapes regularly as we walk through the vineyard behind our home. Perfection. Opens with aromas of crisp apple, pear, mango and a hint of pineapple while those rich flavors continue coupled with crisp minerality and balanced acidity. Soft finish with notes of luxurious créme brûlée. Crisp, yet creamy with exhilarating character all around.

Kanpai Rose

WHAT WE TASTED:  From Cabernet grown specifically for a rosé bottling, this lovely pink sipper offers aromas of Satsuma mandarin, pink grapefruit and pretty florals, while the palate is juicy with nectarine and strawberry. This baby Cab works. Sip chilled all season long!

Coplan Vineyards The Chairman Red Blend 

WHAT WE TASTED:  Dark, young fruits and chocolate with cedar and cigar box and a little brioche on the finish - we felt this wine is so polished, no sharp edges. Cab is the backbone giving it voluptuous texture, while Merlot gives it a peppery lift. A nice long finish shows it never leaves behind it's true essence - wine and terroir speak volumes.
