Beautifully-wrought for drinking to 2020. Pale straw-gold color; a glorious, green, leafy bouquet encompasses notes of toasted hazelnuts, lemongrass and figs, smoked pears, thyme and tarragon. Lvely and spicy on the palate, animated by bright acidity, bolstered by limestone minerality; a few moments in the glass bring in hints of white pepper, lime peel and tangerine. The grapefruit-tinged finish is spare and elegant. Something in the glass for everyone!

Jan Myers is a native of Pennsylvania who graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and spent 20 years as a naval aviator before starting his winemaker career. He honed his craft at Keller Estate and Schug Winery. While at Joullian Vineyards in Carmel Valley, he learned to make Burgundian style Chardonnays.
His Coombsville AVA Chard has beautifully vivid orange blossom and white peach aromas with delightful notes of lychee, Asian pear, and honeyed tropical fruits. Medium weight with bright acidity.
