Chef Buttercup has been on the Food Network, worked for the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group and is chef for one of California's most famous wines. His chocolates are beautiful and delicious - so creamy. It was a dream to pair with these wines.
Eric Gallegos is a 3rd generation wine grower and winemaker. He is very shy and hardly tells anyone he and his Dad are Robert Parker rated.
Martin has worked under the legendary Paul Hobbs and is now head winemaker at Topel. He has studied and worked in France - we love his skills with Syrah!
